Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Process & Timelines

Please be aware that items purchased are made-to-order. The following information outlines our standard production and delivery schedule. Please note that all timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation.

- Production & Processing : Up to 2 weeks, Includes screen printing and quality checks.

- Shipping & Delivery: 3 to 5 weeks total (from order), Applies to customers in Hong Kong. 

- Order Changes : Not available after placement, Changes to size, color, or quantity cannot be made once order is submitted.

Geographical Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trade regulations and carrier policies, we are unable to ship certain products to specific geographical locations. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any import restrictions in their region before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Honus is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Production Delays: Unforeseen disruptions in our manufacturing process.

• Inventory Shortages: Items may sell out due to high demand.

• Carrier Delays: Transit delays once the package is with the shipping carrier.

• Delivery Errors: Resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Order Fulfillment & Cancellations

• Fulfillment Order: All orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received.

• Sell-Outs: High-demand items may sell out. We reserve the right to stop accepting pre-orders and orders once capacity is reached.

• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that you have:

1. Followed all instructions on the website to complete your order accurately.

2. Carefully reviewed your ship-to and billing addresses for correctness prior to finalizing your purchase.

Order Communications

​

• You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number shortly after your purchase is complete.

• Once your item has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Notification email with a tracking number for your reference.

Shipping Timing :

Domestic Shipping : Hong Kong Customers, 2-3 weeks for product arrival. 

International Shipping : 3-5 weeks for product arrival.
